Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired
The Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired (ISBVI) educates and invests in many children that, due to blindness/low vision or blindness/low vision and additional handicapping conditions, other schools cannot or have difficulty serving. Through its outreach initiatives, ISBVI provides services to children and young adults throughout the state who are blind or have low vision who are not enrolled at the School.

HANDS in Autism
We are a state-wide training and and resource center making a profound difference in the lives of autistic people and individuals with other special needs. Our evidence-based behavioral and educational practices are effective and workable for providers and stakeholders across various settings, including educational, medical, clinical, community, and home environments.
We offer consultations throughout the state, collaborate closely with individuals and families, and engage with community schools, homes, treatment facilities, and other settings. While our expertise is well-established in the realm of autism and related disabilities, our behavioral and educational principles extend far beyond, proven relevant and beneficial to a diverse range of individuals.
Indiana Disability Justice
We aim to support statewide efforts to prevent violence and enhance independence and wellness among people with disabilities. Our efforts are centered on the voices and actions of people with disabilities and it operates on a mix of practices including social justice, public health, and popular education. We are a group that is a work in progress and we are continually involving self-advocates, agencies, service providers, and caregivers. Please note: Indiana Disability Justice does not provide direct support for those experiencing violence. However, there are organizations who do.
Indiana Governor's Council for People with Disabilities
The purpose of the Indiana Governor's Council for People with Disabilities (GCPD) is to advance social and policy changes that lead to meaningful inclusion of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD) and their families in all aspects of life. Through key activities like outreach, training, barrier elimination, community education, and informing policymakers GCPD aspires to shape Indiana into strong, supportive communities where people with ID/DD can exercise self-determination and independence in their own lives.
Muscular Dystrophy Family Foundation
Since 1958, the Muscular Dystrophy Family Foundation has provided financial assistance, quality programs, and other services for people across the state of Indiana facing the challenge of living with a neuromuscular disease.
Shepherd's Gate Food Pantry
Those in need right here in Hamilton County utilize Shepherd’s Gate Pantry. To use our services, clients must show proof of residency in Hamilton County. These clients may come to the pantry once a month.

MOWHC's primary program offers individuals the option of receiving one or two home-delivered meals that are prepared in local healthcare facilities every weekday depending upon each individual's nutritional requirements as recommended by their primary care physician.
