Cherish provides immediate service as a case director regarding children and endangered adults, directing the caller to the agency they should contact based on their need (abuse, domestic violence, etc.).

Business hours are M-F, 8:30am-4:30pm. Calls during business hours should be immediately answered unless the lines are tied up. If no one answers, please leave a voicemail. Calls after hours are sent to voicemail and Cherish will call back the next business day.

When calling Cherish, users can be connected to needed resources. Cherish staff can also let you know what to expect when visiting Cherish for a forensic interview. For confidentiality purposes, Cherish cannot confirm or deny any clients that have been or will be going to Cherish.
